Everything you need to know before attending the conference at the Avalon.
Directions
Traveling North on GA-400 from Atlanta Take l-75 / l-85N and continue to l-85N. Take exit 87 for GA-400 N toward Buckhead / Cumming.
Take exit 10 for GA-120/0ld Milton Parkway toward Alpharetta. Turn left on GA-120 W / Old Milton Parkway. Avalon will be located on your right. Turn right onto 2nd street and continue straight to Avalon Boulevard.
Turn right on Avalon Boulevard, and continue straight on the Boulevard until you arrive at Valet.
Traveling South on GA-400/US-19S
Take GA-400 S / US-19 S. Take exit 10 for Old Milton Parkway toward Alpharetta.
Turn right onto GA-120 W / Old Milton Parkway. Avalon will be located on your right. Turn right onto 2nd street and continue straight to Avalon Boulevard.
Turn right on Avalon Boulevard, and continue straight on the Boulevard until you arrive at Valet.
Directions to The Hotel at Avalon Parking Garage Take GA-400 S or GA-400 N and continue westbound on Exit 10 Old Milton Parkway toward Alpharetta.
Continue past Avalon, located on your right. Turn right onto Westside Parkway.
In .6 of a mile, at the traffic light, turn right onto Avalon Way. At the first stop sign, turn left and make an immediate left into the Parking Garage.
Vendors
Load-in Access:
Available only by appointment with your Conference Services Manager or Catering Manager.
All equipment, small boxes, and vendor personnel must enter through the loading dock (located in the rear of property). Sensible dress code required.
Certificate of Insurance:
A minimum insurance policy of $1,000,000 is required for each third party vendor. The certificate must show insured for:

Storage:
Back-of-house storage is unavailable but can be made for meeting room
storage, as long as items are kept a minimum distance of 4 inches from walls.
Signage:
Only self-standing signage is permitted. Adhere/Nail/ Screw/Stapling is strictly prohibited. The Hotel reserves the right to collect and charge additional fees for damage to the facility.
Event Conclusion:
Each meeting space facility must be left in original condition. Trash, props, and rentals must be disposed of by vendor.
