Vendor Rules & Regulations

By purchasing exhibitor space, you are agreeing to be bound by the Rules and Regulations outlined below and by any amendment or additional Rules and Regulations which may be established by Great GA Home Show LLC. Upon acceptance by Great GA Home Show LLC this application, to which these rules and regulations are annexed, it shall be a legal binding contract between you and Great GA Home Show LLC. No oral agreements have been made or agreed upon.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Full payment or a 50% non-refundable payment is required upon submission of this Application. The remaining full payment is due by May 25, 2023. No refunds will be made by due date or within 120-days prior to the date of the show or at any time after the show whichever is earliest. All refunds are subject to an additional $100 service charge. If you fail to pay under the terms outlined above, or fail to comply with any other provisions contained in these Rules and Regulations concerning your use of the booth space, Great GA Home Show LLC has the right to reassign the booth to another exhibitor and you will forfeit any amount you have paid regardless of whether or not Great GA Home Show LLC enters into a further lease for the booth space involved. Great GA Home Show LLC is under no obligation to provide booth space or promotional opportunities to any business which we deem detrimental to the show, the facility, other exhibitors or attendees at the show. The number of exhibitors in some categories of goods and services may be restricted. Businesses for which we receive complaints or which have unsatisfactory ratings at the Better Business Bureau or in any other way are deemed detrimental to the show may be denied booth space at any time prior to the show. If your participation is cancelled by Great GA Home Show LLC, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid to Great GA Home Show LLC. In such case Great GA Home Show LLC will not, however, be liable for any other expenses you have incurred related to the show.

BOOTH SHARING

Booth sharing is strictly prohibited. No exhibitor shall share their booth space with another exhibitor, business or firm or assign its rights hereunder unless approved in advance in writing by Great GA Home Show LLC. The distribution of business cards, literature, samples or any other materials from your booth that are not directly related to your business and provided directly by you in your normal course of business is strictly prohibited. This includes the distribution of such materials from companies that have provided décor or other products/services for your booth.

BOOTH DESIGN

All exposed parts of your display and/or equipment must be finished or covered in a professional manner that results in an attractive appearance when viewed from the aisles and adjacent booths. The back wall of your exhibit may not exceed 8ft. including signs, decorations, light fixtures and other display items. If your booth is located along a perimeter wall a 14ft. back wall height is allowed. The sides of your exhibit may be up to 8ft. tall for a distance half way between the back wall and the aisle. From the mid-point to the aisle, sidewalls are limited to 36” in height. No construction is allowed in any portion of your booth which obstructs the view of adjoining booths. All display items must be inside the perimeter of your booth space as defined by the back and side walls. Upon the request of Great GA Home Show LLC, you will be required to rearrange your display if equipment, tables, or other materials cause congestion in the aisle and/or obstruct or interfere with adjoining booths. All booth decorations must be flame-proof and in conformance with the requirements of the Fire Marshal. If you have failed to comply with these regulations, or are otherwise causing a fire hazard, Great GA Home Show LLC has the right to require the removal of all or part of your exhibit at your expense. No candles or flames may be used.

BOOTH OPERATION

All personnel must stay within your assigned booth space while conducting business at the show. In the event Great GA Home Show LLC deems any conduct on the part of any booth personnel to be disruptive to other exhibitors or attendees, Great GA Home Show LLC may, at its discretion, evict that exhibitor without further warning. Exhibits which include the operation of musical instruments, radios, video projection equipment, public address systems or any noise-making devices must be conducted and arranged so that the resulting sound will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors or their patrons, nor cause the aisles to be blocked. All promotional activities must be confined to your booth space. Distribution of literature may be made only within the booth space assigned to you. All exhibitors must conform with all local, state, and federal laws when conducting business at the show. Exhibitors are required to observe all contracts in effect between Great GA Home Show LLC and service contractors, the show facility and labor organizations involved with the show. This contract for exhibit space between you and the Great GA Home Show LLC is subject to the terms of the license agreement between Show Facility, Licensor and Great GA Home Show LLC. You shall not undertake any act or fail to fulfill any obligation which is in violation of said license agreement. If for any reason the license agreement is terminated, this sublicense shall terminate simultaneously. You agree not to contract for, nor use, any services in connection with your exhibit within the show facility except such services that are made available and approved by Great GA Home Show LLC.

SET-UP, TAKE-DOWN AND DOCK COMPLIANCE

Great GA Home Show LLC reserves the right to fix deadlines for booth set-up and take-down. All booths must be occupied one hour prior to the published opening time of the show. Any space not claimed or occupied one hour prior to the show opening may be re-sold, reassigned or otherwise used without refund. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed 30-minutes prior to the published opening time of the show. Exhibits must remain fully decorated and staffed until the official show closing time. Exhibitors must comply with all loading dock rules and regulations made by Great GA Home Show LLC and the exhibit facility. Compliance with appointment rules and the parking and moving of vehicles during move-in is mandatory. Exhibitors who fail to comply with set-up, take-down and dock rules will be de-listed from the Great GA Home Show LLC website and will not be invited to participate in future shows.

SHOW CANCELLATION OR RE-SCHEDULING

Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of the show, Great GA Home Show LLC will return such portion of the amount you paid for booth space as may be determined equitable after deduction of amounts necessary to cover expenses incurred by Great GA Home Show LLC in connection with the show. If for any reason Great GA Home Show LLC determines that the location, date or time of the show should be changed, no refund will be made. In this case, Great GA Home Show LLC will assign you alternative booth space, in lieu of the original space. You agree to use such space under the same Rules and Regulations. Great GA Home Show LLC not be financially liable or otherwise obligated in the event the show is canceled, postponed or relocated, except as described above.  If for any reason attendance does not meet expectations, you agree not to hold Great GA Home Show LLC  liable for any losses or liability or for any other expenses you have incurred related to the show.

LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that you hereby waive any right to and will make no claim of any kind against Great GA Home Show LLC for any loss, damage, theft or destruction of goods, nor for any injury that may occur to yourself or your employees while in the show facility. Additionally, you hereby waive right to and will make no claim of any kind against. Great GA Home Show LLC for any damage to your business by reason of the failure to provide exhibit space, removal of your exhibit or for any action of the Great GA Home Show LLC in relation to the exhibit or the Exhibitor. You are solely responsible for your own agents and employees and to all third parties including invitees and the public. All claims, liabilities, actions, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to the custody, possession, operations, maintenance or control of your booth space are solely your responsibility and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Great GA Home Show LLC harmless from any and all such claims, liabilities, actions, costs, damages, and expenses.
